1. General Provisions

These Order Cancellation Terms apply to all orders placed with MMG CNC. By placing an order, the customer agrees to these terms. Order cancellations may be subject to fees, liabilities, and specific conditions to prevent unnecessary losses for both the company and the customer.

2. Order Cancellation Policy

• Standard Orders:

  • Orders can be canceled free of charge before confirmation (i.e., before material procurement or production scheduling).
  • After order confirmation but before production begins, an Order Processing Fee may apply, typically ranging from 10% to 30% of the order value, depending on the order status.
  • Once production has started, the order cannot be canceled, and the customer is responsible for full payment of the order.

• Custom & Made-to-Order Products:

  • Due to the custom nature of CNC machined parts, once an order is confirmed, it is non-cancelable and non-refundable.
  • If a customer insists on cancellation, they will be responsible for completed work, material costs, machining expenses, and any applicable order cancellation fees.

• Large-Scale Production Orders:

  • If the order involves high-volume production, the customer will be responsible for the cost of procured raw materials, completed parts, and reasonable compensation for production losses in the event of cancellation.
  • The customer remains obligated to pay for any completed portions of the order at the time of cancellation.

3. Order Modifications

• Customers requesting modifications to specifications, quantities, or delivery schedules after order confirmation must submit a written request and receive written approval from MMG CNC.
• If production has already begun, modifications may not be possible or may incur additional costs, including but not limited to material replacement fees, reprogramming fees, and rework costs.

4. Order Cancellation Fees

Cancellations may incur the following charges:

• Material Costs – The customer is responsible for any materials that have already been procured and cannot be returned.
• Manufacturing Costs – Any machining work already completed must be paid for proportionally.
• Administrative & Processing Fees – Covering production scheduling, documentation, engineering programming, and other related expenses.

5. Special Circumstances

MMG CNC reserves the right to automatically cancel an order under the following conditions:

• The customer fails to make payment within the agreed timeframe.
• The order violates export control laws, legal regulations, or government restrictions, preventing execution.
• The customer's design or specifications violate intellectual property rights or legal regulations and cannot be adjusted in a timely manner.

6. Limitation of Liability

MMG CNC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including business losses or lost profits arising from order cancellations. The customer understands that CNC machining is a custom manufacturing process, and cancellations may result in significant cost implications.
