1. General Provisions

These Terms & Conditions govern all transactions between MMG CNC and its customers. By placing an order or using our services, the customer agrees to these terms. MMG CNC reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Quotations & Orders

  • All quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance unless otherwise specified.
  • Order fulfillment is subject to material availability, production scheduling, and final confirmation by MMG CNC. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order.
  • Any modifications to an order after confirmation, including changes to specifications, quantities, or delivery schedules, may result in price adjustments and revised lead times.
  • Customers must provide accurate technical drawings, tolerance requirements, material specifications, and quality standards at the time of order placement to ensure compliance with their needs.

3. Payment Terms

  • Standard payment terms are Net 30 (payment due within 30 days from the invoice date) for approved accounts. Specific payment terms must be confirmed in writing.
  • For new customers or custom orders, prepayment may be required before production begins.
  • Late payments may incur interest charges, and MMG CNC reserves the right to suspend or cancel any order until the outstanding balance is settled.

4. Production & Lead Times

  • Lead times are estimates only and may be affected by material availability, production complexity, and unforeseen circumstances.
  • MMG CNC is not liable for delays caused by supply chain disruptions, natural disasters, shipping issues, or other force majeure events.
  • Customers are responsible for inspecting shipments within five (5) business days of receipt and must report any issues promptly.

5. Quality Assurance & Limitation of Liability

  • MMG CNC adheres to the ISO 9001 Quality Management System to ensure all products meet specified quality standards.
  • Customers must specify critical tolerances, special inspection requirements, and certification needs at the time of order placement. If not specified, MMG CNC will manufacture in accordance with standard industry practices.
  • MMG CNC is not responsible for defects resulting from customer design errors, material defects (if customer-specified), or improper use or installation.
  • MMG CNC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or business losses.

6. Order Cancellation & Return Policy

  • Standard orders may be subject to a cancellation fee (typically 10%-30% of the order value), depending on the order status.
  • Custom & Made-to-Order Products are non-cancelable and non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for any completed work and material costs.
  • All returns must be pre-approved in writing by MMG CNC and returned within ten (10) business days of approval in their original condition.

7. Intellectual Property & Confidentiality

  • MMG CNC respects the intellectual property (IP) rights of its customers. All customer-provided drawings, designs, and proprietary information will be kept strictly confidential and will not be used for any purpose other than fulfilling the order.
  • MMG CNC reserves the right to use its own manufacturing expertise and process knowledge, but will not disclose or misuse any proprietary information provided by customers.
  • If a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is required, please contact MMG CNC for the appropriate documentation.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of California, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts within the State of California.
  • Both parties agree to attempt good faith negotiations before pursuing arbitration or litigation.
